If this child gets bond and is able to stay with his mother😳😳😳 apparently that did not work the first time, so why would they allow it now? Let's talk about this. Because we all have kids. I have two boys who are now grown and I couldn't imagine even going through this. With one of my boys. Something has to have seriously gone wrong. Here for this kid, to be out and able to do this to a classmate as well.... I believe that could have been prevented. Had someone done something before this happened in April.
