I’m so glad to hear you say this, my gut feeling was that this is so wrong. The only reason anyone looked into his history is because he disagreed with the group. No one should feel compelled to go along with everyone else on a jury for fear something like this will happen to them.

I feel like this is insane. They say the judge impounded the list so we can’t say his name but here is a a bunch of personal details about him. Like whaaat? This seems legally grey, and yeah he might not be a good guy, but if they can do it to him they can do it to anyone.

Respectfully, if you lied on this form, you would be disqualified. You leave out several factors that will be relevant in the appellate level appeals of several of the Judges decisions. Double jeopardy attachments could be concluded with proper evidence of Jury misconduct that was not further investigated by the Judge. Also, counsel is mistakenly leaving out that this juror took the bands and wrapped them around a water bottle. Jurors are prohibited from conducting their own investigations or experiments. It’s of my expert opinion, that no comments are being made to preserve the integrity of the now major developments that will be argued in the appellate briefs and arguments.

Just so everyone knows. When you go through this kind of jury selection, they give you a large questionnaire. They also put that your answers might be public and the news can use them. My recent jury selection, we had to fill out a 32 page questionnaire.

They saw no way to discredit him for being black and standing on his conclusion about the verdict. People already began to question why all white jurors were classifying him as "uncooperative" as a racial thing where white people think they are superior in knowledge than POC. So to turn the tables again, they want to throw dirt on his name and trash his image to trash his credibility because they need Lindsay to be the victim again.

Isn’t the bottom line that a juror found to not be eligible after the fact would only impact the defense if their client was found guilty? I would think that if there was proven juror misconduct, they would likely be granted a retrial.

That story came across my feed and it felt so icky. I wish people could see the forest through the trees on this. If potential jurors become afraid of being doxxed, this is a blow to our judicial system! For better or worse, shame on that news station for going with that story.

This is exactly why I asked you directly there’s just so much misinformation out there. I think the bigger story, after watching you and NAG, is why they chose to report this when he hasn’t made himself known publicly. I really hope they’re able to find out who leaked his information and hold them accountable. Thank you for this post.
