This is horrifying. The discrimination and retaliation of reporting is ridiculous. I have been in a few situations where I wanted to sue but had no success with lawyers (retaliation and failure to follow ada regulations resulting in a worl injury) but it's like the entire system is against us. We have to band together now. I am working on becoming a certified patient advocate now because of my experiences.

sleep deprivation is a torture method. they legally cannot force you to stay awake for indefinite or prolonged periods of time. keep notes of how long you’re up, exactly what times you’re sleeping, and try to keep a regular sleep schedule. good luck babes
