before Google filters, I accidentally saw a photo of 2 bodies of people who'd fallen/jumped while I was searching "the falling man". those images are burned in my brain forever. I don't think most people can even imagine what happens to the human body when it hits the ground from that height.

So sad. The last thing she must've saw was the carnage and the smokey sky and all the debris falling all over everywhere. She probably thought she was lucky and made it out alive to see her family, and it was probably such a hard realization once she realized there was nothing anyone could do. Her last thoughts must've been so devastating.
