I get both sides. When you’re spending a lot of money you need some reassurances. He didn’t come in yelling though did he from the start? It just escalated. I do feel that when it’s almost 20k you could have been a little more accommodating and just printed him off the weight, carat etc. it’s not a big deal to do that for a customer spending almost 20k. Just give them the reassurance
