told my boyfriend (now fiance) than I love attack on titan a lot, same year for xmas? he gifted me a funko pop figure of mikasa (about 5 months dating then)...a few weeks later I broke a perfume bottle I liked the most...next year? for my birthday he had bought me a brand new one, "took me a while 'cause it was hard to find, and they don't sell it anymore" he said...I also mentioned to him that I LOVE flowers (pink roses or tulips likely), he used to buy me a few too, but I told him it was a shame that even tho I tried to water them they end up drying and dying and my mom throwed the away, so he gifted me some sun flowers and a red rose made of fabric, "this won't die and you won't have to throw them away" he said...I only said it once 💕🍪

I once casually mentioned to my partner that I collect a few movie posters at home. While chatting in a Discord server with friends, I unintentionally expressed how much I adore the lead actress in a particular movie and how this independent film was one of the first I watched at the indie film festival we both enjoyed. For my birthday this year, my partner surprised me with a HUGE movie poster of that film. My partner isn’t usually very expressive, but I know how attentive they are to me, which is just another reason to love them even more.
