I started playing zelda this year my first game was breath of the wild i loved i played a bit of windwaker but i dont like it that much i will for sure get ocarina of time remake and im thinking of Buying tears of the kingdom

I have reasons and the only comeback people have to it is “you’re blinded by nostalgia”. The story in BOTW is so mid. “Wake up link save me” sounds like a Mario game story, there is no where close to depth of the 5 best Zelda games. The temples all look the exact same. And work the exact same with boses that all LOOK THE SAME. Different divine beasts with different colors. No unique temple weapons you need to get to beat the temple and boss. The shrines are cool for a little bit then you realize they all LOOK THE SAME and have no uniqueness to them. And the fact THE MASTER SWORD HAS TO RECHARGE. What a lame mechanic. The entire game uses the same 10 enemy’s throughout the entire map. Some people might like these changes to the game but if you have ever played other Zelda’s specifically the top 5 (1. TP, 2. MM 3. OOT 4. SS 5. WW) then I just don’t see how people like BOTW/TOTK. TOTK was literally the exact same game just slightly better I think people like it because it’s the best graphics and it’s a sandbox where they can make brain rot.
