many of you are not listening. he wants 4-8 hour days, more pay, less hours. if you want to work 40, go for it, you'll make even more than your neighbor who is only working 32. but you should be able to easily survive and thrive at 32 hours a week. but cooperations aren't paying people enough to even live on right now. we're fucked unless we demand more pay. cooperations don't need millions more every month when they could easily have happy and healthy workers. wealth and health should not be only for the rich.

I work 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts overnight. One off day is for catching up on sleep, one day to grocery shop/meal prep/clean. And my third day off is the only day I can do anything I please.
