I ended up having a meltdown and had my husband pull my autistic step son out of school because the staff were abusing him. We did virtual with him last yr and it did wonders for him and our relationship because I was helping him through the work. I know that’s not an option for everyone but it’s a thought. They put him in a 2nd grade class because there weren’t other options for virtual. You would like they would. Never let them

It can be very difficult. I finally found a school that seems to be helping my son. He has ADHD, ODD, cognitive learning disorder, and a speech impediment. Stay strong, you got this.
