@whity176: Japan isn't different because of what it has.. it's different because of how it thinks. When you understand its mindset, you begin to understand why so many people around the world admire it. While many look for someone to blame, they look for solutions. g While many leave trash behind, they leave a positive example. Every small detail reflects a bigger lesson: ', They repair major infrastructure in record time. ○ They leave locker rooms spotless- even after victory. They design public spaces with consideration for others. 8 Even their manhole covers celebrate local culture. ◦ Some canals are so clean that koi fish live in them. Innovative cafés have created opportunities for people with paralysis to work by remotely operating robot waiters. ○ Japan's greatest strength isn't its technology or its streets... It's the mindset behind them. Maybe that's the lesson the rest of us can learn. Which Japanese habit impressed you the most? * Save this post and share it with someone who loves learning about different cultures. 't ○ One of the most interesting things about Japan is tha many residential streets are nameless. ○ Instead of relying on street names, the address system uses specific districts, neighborhoods, and block numbers to locate properties For this reason, navigation apps and digital maps are widely used even by the inhabitants themselves. MI Despite this, Japanese cities are known for excellent organization, signage, and urban planning. '+ In the end, Japan shows that different systems can work very well when they are wen structurea and organized

And they’ve done that by staying culturally homogeneous, controlling immigration, and not allowing any languages alongside their own.

It is a homogeneous society. It is easier to do these kinds of things when everyone has the same culture.

My boyfriend lives in Japan and when I visit it’s very intimidating because everyone seems so successful & I can’t speak Japanese well so I won’t lie I didn’t like leaving without him but Japan is very clean, everyone works so hard, and the government actually uses its money back into its people and things that everyone benefits from. *SCREAMS IN AMERICA*

I’ve always wanted to visit Japan to experience the culture there. They seem like such humble people and the amount of adversity they have overcome over its existence is what true resilience looks like.
