My dentist strongly recommended I switch to an electric toothbrush for the same reason! I’ve been using one for a little over 2 years, and my gums did in fact stop receding

If you like doing makeup you don’t need a specific reason or special occasion to do it! I live in a small town and do a full face of goth makeup just to go to the grocery store or the drive thru for a drink haha :)

We have a very similar complexion, and I would not recommend going in directly with a liquid/ cream foundation. First, try light bronzoning drops (the Saie glowy supergel is amazing) and then go in with a tinted moisturizer (the Nars one is amazing) or foundation of choice (which is more sheer), the color shade match will be on your wrist, not your neck! Then, for bronzer not turning orange, I recommend rhode sunbed, and the charlotte tilbury matte bronzer to seal it up..
