i've been binging for like january-june (it's the worst time ever in my life) i really binge a lot to the point i forget everything that i ate at those times. i gained from like 44 kg to 50 and now i was trying to go on a diet again (healthy way), and currently 48. binge is the worst thing ever that could happen in ur life, not only waste of money but the shitty feelings after it.
