I haven't been to the Hagerstown outlets in over 15 years. I had no idea it looked like that now. I don't even go to Clarksburg outlets and I live less than 10 min from there.

There used to be an amazing taco place in the food court called Tacos Carlitos. It was so delicious. We would go to the outlets just for their food.

Fyp is so so local. I’m two towns away and only go there when I want something from Coach. It’s soooo dumpy there now
