As every new season starts, Im always sad to see the seasonal produce go away. So, I couldnt resist purchasing these sungold cherry tomatoes after seeing them in the grocery store. I decided to make a simple and quick summer fruit salad with these tomatoes, donut peaches, basil, arugula, and mozzarella, all drizzled with olive oil and a balsamic glaze. It’s quick and easy but packs a punch of flavor! What’s your favorite summer fruit?
