Engine grease? Engine grease is not really a thing but engine oil is derived from crude oil not the seeds of a plant, pretty sure there is quite a difference. Canola oil made from pressing seeds of a plant, olive oil made from pressing fruit of a plant, think they are pretty similar

It does make sense - you have to look at "google scholar" on scientific testing - i use to think the same - but canola oil has a much boarder nutritional value, which is what these ratings are based on - yes it degrades if you cook it on high heat, but thats not what the rating is based on. You will be surprised if you look at the scientific facts not the socially told information about canola oil especially if it is a single press. Much love.
