Pork Belly Burnt Ends With Classic BBQ Sauce!! Pork belly cut into thick cubes, generously seasoned with Mango Chili Rub and smoked low & slow over wood on the Kamado. After 2.5 hours of smoke, the burnt ends were transferred to a tray, covered in homemade classic BBQ sauce and a few chunks of butter.
