PROUD Memphian here, and I have got to say it is an experience EVERYONE NEEDS to go to. especially white people, I would say go multiple times even, there is so much history to learn. I remember when I went with my wife. I was taking my best friend who had never been and with his new girlfriend. she was not from here so what more of a Memphis thing to do then to go to the civil Rights museum and learn. it was a humbling experience, when I went on that bus as a white person I took my seat in the back. just for a moment, all alone taking in everything. actually putting myself in the shoots. never again means never again for anyone, I refuse to go back to a Time where my black sisters and brothers my Brown brothers and sisters and all my immigrant brothers and sisters are told I'm better than that because of my skin. that's not the America I represent nor want, I want my America to look like how my life represents, a coat of many colors
