you can get a second skin what they use for new tattoos and put it over your nipples , i did that and my healed perfectly fine

Hope they heal, mine didn’t 😭Also please don’t get in the ocean like some people are suggesting. Sea salt is great but there’s also bacteria in the ocean.

Mine never got crusty. I got dial antibacterial soap and would wash them every day in the shower. They healed well
