@imhannahcarr: Chocolate pudding for dessert, except she’s packing FIBER. 🤝🍫 This chocolate chia pudding is ridiculously easy to prep the night before, naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup, and one half of the batch packs roughly 18–20g of fiber from the chia seeds alone.* And if chia pudding texture isn’t your thing: BLEND IT. It turns into the creamiest actual-pudding situation and you still get all that chia goodness without the little seeds staring back at you. 😂 CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING ½ cup chia seeds 2 cups milk of choice ¼ cup pure maple syrup ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla ½ tsp fine sea salt ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt Whisk milk and chia until smooth. Then, let sit 5–10 minutes & whisk again. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Add all other ingredients and eat as is OR blend until silky smooth. Top with something creamy, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a little flaky sea salt. 🤌 Save this one for sweet treat prep. 🍁🍫 *Fiber varies by chia brand and serving size. #chiapudding #chocolatepudding #highfiber #fibermaxxing #refinedsugarfree
