Tinubu Certificate Case_ INEC Asks Court to Strike Out Atiku's Suit _ Why Is INEC Helping Tinubu Naija Uncensored | BREAKING | September 12, 2026 Atiku Abubakar and the ADC have taken Bola Tinubu to court over an NYSC certificate that bears the name "Tinubu Bola Adekunle" — not "Bola Ahmed Tinubu." The case — suit FHC/ABJ/CS/1888/2026 before Justice Inyang Ekwo — is asking the court to disqualify Tinubu from the 2027 presidential election. But instead of this being simply Atiku vs Tinubu — INEC has entered the courtroom.
