Expensive dinner and flowers on the first date is love bombing. Ordering a bottle of wine is assuming. All too much. Everything after that was weird behaviour by her but maybe the love bombing set that off. I would advise all parties to move on

I think you’re spot on, she should be upfront with the drinking, especially if it’s a deal breaker. She’s not chasing money, but talks a lot about it, he picked a nice restaurant that he probably likes, and shows pictures of his motorcycles, and again she thinks money. He’s sharing his hobbies, not his money.

I don't see anything wrong with what she's said about him drinking an entire bottle of wine. I'm not sober, but I don't drink. And I don't have an issue with women I date drinking. But if a woman were to drink anywhere near an entire bottle of wine at a time.... that is a red flag. A big bright one.
