It’s becoming increasingly clear that the #1 priority is the civil lawsuit. That’s the only explanation for this. The civil suit requires that all blame be placed solely on the medical providers (and not Patrick). It’s also why they care more about getting the NGRI over NG as NG ruins the civil suit. It’s sad and disappointing that the priority isn’t seeking the truth of what happened and accountability for the actual perpetrator. There will be no justice

My ex had a poker game while I was hospitalized with sepsis. The day I was admitted he showed up 10 minutes before visiting hours were over and ate half of my dinner then left. So yeah, when I heard about those 2 instances, I knew exactly the type of husband PC was.

I had a very similar divorce situation. I am forever convinced that family court is absolutely not in the best interest of the family or children it is set up to maximize earnings for attorneys and judges. It’s abhorrent how a judge will just take a man’s word for it and disrupt and traumatize the children because the man - lying through his teeth- makes a claim. Then when the claim turns out to be a lie, there is no punishment or fine whatsoever.
