when i was growing up, i was always told that the plane meant to hit the pentagon was crashed in a field because several passengers managed to take down the hijackers. i think the field was either in pennsylvania or north carolina

I’m a teacher. I taught two kids whose father died in the Pentagon that day. His wife, their mother, was one of the first on scene after the explosion. She described seeing them bring a jet engine in, on a truck, minutes after the explosion, and add it to the rubble. She described spending years trying to get answers or anyone to listen, until she was threatened and forced to leave DC and move cross country, which is where I met her. To me, she seemed like a totally sane person.

My dad was at the Pentagon on 9/11 for a security conference. When he got home a few days later I heard him tell my mom that it looked like a missile that hit, not a jet. He only talked about it once then never again. I wish I could ask him about it but he died in 2007.

Intell here, it was actually a rocket that hit, and there is also a video from the yard that shows it, when you slow it down, you can see it skimming right across the lawn

My dad worked in the pentagon and was walking into his office when it blew up.. no parts of a plane. Thankfully he survived.

there was old security camera footage of what looked like a missile hitting the building, I haven't seen it in a long time and I'm not sure the authenticity. but it was definitely interesting to see.
