Chicas, el LCA es el ligamento que une el fémur con la tibia y el peroné. Una vez se rompe NO se recupera, tienen que hacer un injerto con un tendón de su propio cuerpo o cadavérico e insertarlo donde estaba el ligamento. Sumado a eso, si se rompió el LCA, probablemente también se habrá roto uno de los meniscos (usualmente ambas lesiones vienen juntas). Son aprox dos años para que esté completamente bien y el tendón se ligamentifique. Ojalá se cuide y no regrese tan pronto a hacer sus bailes porque las probabilidades de que el injerto se vuelva a romper son muy altas. Sé está info porque era deportista y también tuve rotura completa de LCA de grado tres y rotura de meniscos. Ya voy a cumplir dos años sin deporte. Es una recuperación dolorosa y lenta :(
