the thing is that a lot of these people don’t realize they’ll pay those fees ANYWAYS if it was a private party sale, only difference they’ll have to go to the dmv and do it or on their own and many times their upset bc they can’t say they paid 500 for the car anymore, this one time i had someone say if we could say the car was a gift, and this was the time i had sold a personal car, not for business, i still get tolls bc they never registered the car on their name even though i released it from my name , it’s people like this why dealers have to collect the fees and taxes, and it’s the same people upset when they can scam the dmv
