it may work, but it's not faster than putting a cover slightly open over the Top and draining it over and empty can in the sink.

how cool! this works because the air trapped inside the bowl slowly cools and contracts and leaves a vacuum that sucks up the oil in the pan! neat!

I just take a piece of tinfoil and put it in my drain and make a little drain bowl and then strain the meat in a strainer and the grease goes into the tinfoil bowl! Once the grease cools you can just throw it out! Voila!

Takes forever spooning it out. Just pour your meat in a metal strainer when ur done cooking it.
