There’s always a “Watch Commander” on-duty. Unless it’s a small department, then you may only have a Sergeant as the “Highest Rank” available. But when they speak such as this officer claims then says there’s no sergeant on-duty right now. He knows he’s trying to deflect. He’ll definitely have some Q/A for his actions. But then again, those Higher Leadership will already review the body cam and protect him.

Typically a supervisor will simply back their officers and double down on the stupid. Also, if your gonna file a complaint, never go alone and record the process if you can.

Guys call 911 when they lie and tell you shit….guys when you get violated remember yo can air the individual police for wrong doing.. it’s cost must have lawyers…but remember their is a simple way whey civil rights are involved 1983.. you can file a claim against their bond/insurance and attach their oath of office.. with this claim they can’t be a police until the claim is settled. Only you can lift the claim..also the cost is minimal unlike a direct lawsuit…when you sit and just write a complaint cops will lie and conspire to not prosecute their colleagues…in this instance this was not policing but jumping to conclusions nit willing to investigate before kidnapping assault and assuming guilt without facts …police thinks they can’t act wrongly or not other job in the proper manner violate rights and their would be no consequences or repercussions WRONG.. they get away with it because many stupid people don’t know their right and police are not above the law
