I ride my ebike on the side walk all the time. I'm not going to ride it in the bike line because I don't want to get hit by a car. which happens a lot bicyclist. if I see a person on the sidewalk I slow down and let them pass before I move on.

Bro I walk by temple campus everyday to get home from school and tell me why there be students going 30 mph on the sidewalk and it be sounded like they’re gonna run you over and you can feel them brushed by you. They’re like a millimeter away from me

Even better yet when buying a bike E bike , even a snowmobile have a bike lane tax. I would gladly pay that if it meant more bike lanes were added.

ebikes are actually illegal in Singapore. you need to have proper documentation to certify the ebike is either for disability or delivery service.

I almost got run down by a kid on an e-bike going full speed playing chicken with pedestrians on a public walkway in a park. It did look like his friends checked him and he stopped after about 6 high speed passes .

Police officers ask you to ride sidewalks when you’re on a e-bike or e-Scooter they don’t not let you ride the street . Even though the city law says you should be on the street. This is in California. There’s no way to fight police officers when they make their own rules.
