Twice I have been rejected as a juror because before they even questioned people individually, they asked the whole pool if anyone had been a victim of domestic violence. Those people, including me were immediately dismissed.

The protected party in the current PO against the juror is his 13 year old nephew. He beat the kid out of revenge for calling the police when the juror was beating his ex wife. I cant believe this demonstrably violent person was put on this jury.

its troubling to think back on the young male jurors interview how he talks about the hold out using the bands, wrapping them around the water bottle.....and then all this comes out. very scary.

I’d like to know why domestic violence offenders such as my x husband are allowed to continue to terrorize women? If someone has an answer to that I’d be grateful. These men commit most violent crimes in America statistically. They need to locked up with key thrown away first offense period.
