I use a tortilla press and a wooden roller and I can never get them super flat like this so my tortillas always come out a little thicker.

I just tried this recipe and followed it to the T, but the dough was not soft or sticky. it was hard to roll. taste is good tho.

These came out perfect, the dough was super silky smooth and very easy to roll out and delicious, soft. They hold everything well including salsa when filled, no tearing. Mine were 65 grams each and didn’t come out as bog as yours - yours almost looks like burrito size, mine were more like the one for fajitas
