I truly love and appreciate all of you and am forever grateful for the community and relationships that have been built through this platform. Something that I have tried to do over the past few months is really trying to show up for myself. I really ran myself into the ground in the beginning of the year and it ended up with me having extreme burnout. I want to be able to be there for these animals long term, and that sometimes means taking a step back for myself. I can’t burn myself at both ends and still show up and be 100% for them. Please let this be a reminder to be kind to yourself and to take care of yourself first sometimes. AND if anyone has any tips please put them in the comments.
