Similar thing happened to me during study abroad in Madrid in 2012! The owner of a small bar locked me and my roommate inside with 3 other sketchy people who kept trying to pressure us to buy 💊. Then someone stole my roommate’s keys out of her bag. The owner wouldn’t unlock the door to let us out until I started yelling at him and acting crazy.
