people try to find a loophole to this type of things to save money and think they can get away with it and everyone will be ok with it but in reality what happens is that first: it will most likely cause the waiter/waitress to be at risk for losing their job, second: the waiter/waitress will try to stop customers from doing it then the customers get upset at them for following rules they did not make so they have to deal with their rude attitude, and third: the whole promotion will end up being taken out bc making it unavailable will be the only way to stop people from abusing of that loophole and complaining when told they cant do that, so at the end no more never ending pasta this is why we cant have nice things
