@lo.kc.al: A little piece of New Mexico landed in KC this weekend at the Hatch Chile Fest at @Char Bar BBQ 🌶️ Good news if you missed it — it’s back in Westport on September 12th! There will be live Hatch Chile roasting, local vendors, and more! Pro tip: if you want their famous Hatch Chile BBQ sauce, get there early. It sold out fast! 🔥 The Hatch Chile menu was the real highlight for me. We went all in and tried everything! It all was phenomenal but the Hatch Chile Corn Bisque stole the show. It sold out on a 100 degree day. That’s how good it was! 🤯 We had the best time and we would’ve totally missed this one without @Empo ! It’s how I find out about the best stuff happening in KC.
