Well, to each its own. Very dated and the only one who would consider this property is the location. You’ll need obscene amounts of money to maintain its current state and even more to upgrade a few things.

That kitchen looks like an 80s era reno. The sink, counter tops, and appliances look exactly like my grandparents home which they built in 1982. The built ins with the yellow counter top look original.
