Prayer is the pillar of the religion and one of the five pillars of Islam, and it is an obligation on every Muslim man and woman. As for how to perform prayer in a healthy way, it should be noted that prayer in itself is a healthy exercise program for the bones, joints, and muscles, but “healthy prayer” requires its own humility and tranquility, with a focus on stability and proper performance of its pillars such as prostration and bowing. Steps of correct prayer: Intention: its place is in the heart and it does not need to be spoken. Opening takbir (Takbirat al‑ihram): raise your hands in line with your shoulders and say “Allahu Akbar.” Standing: recite Al‑Fatiha, then whatever you can of the Noble Qur’an. Bowing (ruku‘): be humble and say “Subhana Rabbiyal ‘Azim.” Rising from bowing: stand straight and look toward the worshippers. Prostration (sujud): prostrate twice in every rak‘ah, focusing on the seven points of prostration (the forehead, the palms of the hands, the knees, and the toes of the feet), and say “Subhana Rabbiyal A‘la.” Sitting between the two prostrations: sit in a stable way before moving to the second prostration. Tashahhud: recite the tashahhud in the final rak‘ahs. The pillars of healthy prayer increase tranquility and trust in Allah. Prayer increases the feeling of serenity, calm, and self‑confidence. It prevents from immorality and wrongdoing. The best exercise program: prayer is considered an excellent exercise program for the health of the joints, bones, and muscles. Other questions: What are the most important facts about prayer? Answer: Prayer is the pillar of Islam, and it is the greatest and most important obligation after the two testimonies of faith. Whoever abandons it has disbelieved; seek refuge in Allah from that. The Prophet says: “The covenant that is between us and them is the prayer; whoever abandons it has disbelieved.” And he says: “Between a man and disbelief and polytheism is abandoning the prayer.” So the consequences of disbelief—We seek refuge in Allah from that—the Prophet says: “The covenant that is between us and them is the prayer; whoever abandons it has disbelieved.” And he says: “Between a man and disbelief and polytheism is abandoning the prayer.” #Quran #سعد Al‑Ghamdi “Terka ma”: misery #Holy_Quran – comfort your hearing – the Qur’an#القرآن_الكريم
