I had a dog, had not even trimmed a single fucking nail. I just touched his foot. He FREAKED out, side to side bites, screaming etc and then jumped off the table cuz we couldn’t hold him, started running for a closed door while shitting and peeing EVERYWHERE. Mind you this was the first time he ever acted this way…. 😭

one of my grandma's dogs name Skip was fine with his nails getting trimmed but he was only okay with it if a female vet was trimmed his nails, Skip would just glare at a male vet. there was this one time when I was really little, me and my grandma took Skip to the veterinarians to get his nails and other things there was a younger guy who was new, he ask my grandma if Skip would bite. I look at him and said that "Skip won't bite, he would just glare at you or pee on something." when Skip got done with getting his nails trimmed and getting his shots done. the new vet said that Skip was so clam that the other vets were surprise.
