It feels like my brain (who the trauma raised) and my heart(who I've made through healing and was meant to be) are at a constant war for control over me and when my brain wins I can feel and hear my heart screaming for it to stop too but my brain tries to drown it out.

it’s hard, but not impossible. coming from someone in remission. 85-93% of people with BPD achieve remission in their lifetime. it’s not impossible, just takes a lot of self work
