I think there should be a gag order on jurors. Yes, This is your civic duty. But you cannot talk about your duty for 1 yr after you sit on the jury. If there’s a hung jury, get the vote revealed. Thats it. Something gives a vibe that one of those 3 women gave his name. I have no confirmation of that, but they sat with NBC Boston and 2 days later somehow NBC has this information? Yes if this juror lied that’s a big deal. But also anyone revealing his name (esp if on the jury) is hugely problematic. Gag orders, if you can’t sign one you don’t get chosen. Keeps reporters away too.

This case, and whats happened after shows why jurors should never be allowed to discuss the case EVER! They shouldn't be allowed to get paid to go on news channels, to go to newspapera/media anything!!!

I do get it and agree to a point, but there is another piece of me that is like... do we really want women and child abusers to be comfortable being on a jury? I might be okay if those people want to stay off the jury in high profile trials.

Apparently you can get a copy of his questionnaire online as a lawyer I follow just printed it off and is going through all the questions that juror should have ticked yes to but did not.

It does ask about court orders in the questionnaire I saw. I think that would include a restraining order.

I made a video as well about this and I called their newsroom and spoke with someone. she wasn't a part of the story. but my sense was she did not like the report and when I said this was dangerous she agreed. she also told me there was a tip to the dude who broke the story. I also have the name of the news director whom I will be calling back Monday. please check out my take and I will update after the call.
