Update the mini, install the ChatGPT desktop app, open Codex and add one project folder. 2. Settings, Connections, set up control of this Mac. Scan the QR code with your phone. 3. Turn on "Keep this Mac awake" and leave the app running. 4. Keep screen lock on, but turn automatic logout off. Locking and logging out are not the same thing. 5. Give it one specific job with approvals on. Want it every morning? Ask Codex to schedule it. 6. Test it on mobile data with the mini locked. Then test a restart before you travel.
