Ortigas already has established residential pockets, schools, offices, hospitals, malls, and places people have been going to for years. So for many residents, life is already built around the area. That’s what made The Fifth interesting to me. It’s a newer residential option located inside the Renaissance complex, which means it’s coming into an area where the surrounding community and conveniences are already established. So here’s the interesting question: Would you rather buy into an established community that already works, or enter a newer area earlier and wait for the community to grow around you?
