I work at a beachfront hotel in Florida in an area that was destroyed by a hurricane a few years ago (there used to be 50ft of beach and now there's maybe 15ft at low tide) The number of people who complain about the beach and "when are they gonna fix the beach?" or during sargassum season "when are they gonna clean the beach it's so dirty?". It's almost like climate change exists even if you don't believe in it.

“my vacation is ruined” THEY HAD WEEKS PRIOR TO CANCEL THEIR FLIGHT TO COME TO KAUA’I BC OF THE HURRICANE. ur little vacation was “ruined” but our island & houses got DESTROYED. imagine how we feel. simply go back home and DONT COME BACK! OUR HOME ISNT YOUR VACATION especially if you guys KNEW there was a hurricane coming & you still came and stayed, just to complain.
