Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Officer Zachary Lancaster responded to a car crash. It happened around 2:02 AM on January 26, 2025. The crash involved two cars at that time. A silver 2008 Honda Accord was one of them. The other was a black 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. Lancaster spoke to both drivers at the scene. The Honda driver was Araceli Riverahuaman, age 19. Kenneth Hubschman drove the Volkswagen. Kenneth told the officer he drove for Uber. He was going south on Franklin Road to pick up a rider. Then, the other car sideswiped him. The driver side of his car had major damage. Araceli was going north when the crash took place. Soon after, Officers Kevin Pisano and Christopher Ordway got to the scene to help. Officer Ordway spoke with Araceli. She sat in the driver's seat of the Honda. She had been with friends in Newark that night. As he talked to Araceli, he saw open containers in her car. She said she drank alcohol earlier. Officer Ordway asked her to get out. Officer Pisano would give her sobriety tests. Officer Pisano began the tests with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. He watched Araceli's eyes. They did not smoothly follow his pen. Her eyes jerked at the extreme edge. Next, she tried the Walk and Turn test. She missed the line. Her turn was bad. She did not count out loud as directed. Finally, she attempted the One Leg Stand. Officer Pisano arrested Araceli for drunk driving after the crash. She admitted to drinking alcohol. She failed the field sobriety tests. A search of her car turned up open alcohol containers. Officers also found a lot of cash. John’s Law meant her car was held for twelve hours. Pisano took Araceli to the Denville police station. She would be processed there. Araceli arrived at police headquarters. She heard the Motor Vehicle Standard Statement and took a breath test. The test showed she broke the law. Her alcohol level was too high for someone under 21. Officers finished their work and released Araceli to a friend. The friend signed a form for Araceli's court date. Police gave Araceli tickets for several offenses. These included underage drunk driving, reckless and careless driving, and lane violations.
