I litterly can't sleep with a pillow. I sleep with a pillow and no matter how thin or thick it is my neck hurts so bad when I wake up. If I sleep with no pillow I sleep like a baby.

I can't use mine with my mattress lol. I have memory foam and my body sinks in the middle and then causes the pillow to push my head more forward and causes the m more neck and back pain. but if I sleep like on the couch... it's perfect
