Honestly. My husband and I dated long distance for 2 years. Him in Florida, me in Canada, then me in California. We got married when we were 23 and have been married 19 years! I love that man more every single day and no one has ever loved me the way he does. We traded easy convenience, movies, going out and hanging out for deep meaningful conversations every day, really getting to know each other and understand each other. Not everyone is built for long distance bec they want/crave physical accessibility, if you can get past that and lead with emotional accessibility you can have something built on the most solid foundation.
