To save room, I would arrange by style, put in plastic in bins, and store in garage

You need more storage, whether in the attic, garage, storage unit, or another built-in hutch. I am the same; I have stuff stored in my office cabinets because I installed built-in cabinets, including an entertainment center made from kitchen cabinets, and I also installed kitchen cabinets in my garage to store all my stuff.
