When my daughter was 16 she was working at the roller skating rink. the number of grown adults who are comfortable yelling at teenagers is disgusting. She's trying to keep her job and have people sign the release of liability as she's been trained to and they want to cuss at her. The same thing at the play castle and a teen and early twenties at work there There are so many adults who get off on treating teenagers like crap, not seeing them as people, not seeing this as maybe their first job, not having any amount of patience. Why are adults having tantrums at teenagers, it's gross.
