This is totally normal for a kitty so young! Some even continue it into adulthood as a way of self soothing. She could also be hungry. This is suckling, maybe if she continues this for another week try bottle feeding kitten formula every so often, not for too long bc she needs to get used to regular more solid foods.

yes it's normal. usually my cat will do it when he's near my blanket because it had a furry texture with they use it as a coping mechanism if they where separated from their mother at a younger age
