@the.order.of.samu: 🍎🍯 Shanah Tovah! As we celebrate Rosh Hashanah the beginning of a new year I lift the shofar with gratitude for what has been, expectation for what is coming, and a call to awaken. The sound of the trumpet is a sound of remembrance. A sound of awakening. A sound that calls us back to our post. This year, as I sounded the shofar, these words were in my spirit: “Arise, O Watchman.” The wall has been empty too long. The trumpet has been silent too long. But morning is coming. May this new year find us awake, watching, listening, and ready. Shanah Tovah — may you be inscribed for a good year. 🍎🍯📯 Arise, O Watchman — a new poem. #RoshHashanah #shanahtovah #prophet #Watchman #jesuschrist
