A little chemistry and biometrics is being the night with a quiz and homework. Because I almost missed the midnight quiz cut off. Cannot say this was 💯 better lift as I’m going to keep taking the anti- inflammatory and even though I don’t feel pain I can still acknowledge that my body still reacts even though I do not. So my abdomen is still pretty swollen. I truly feel like a blumkin currently. I can do better but I have to find a better grip if I go up in weight anymore.
